AI360 is a Salesforce product built by Ludx Digital that brings account intelligence to the place decisions happen — the Account record. It pairs Salesforce as the system of record and UI surface with cloud AI for sentiment, external intelligence, and financial inference, keeping a clean security boundary and human judgement in the loop. AI360 is in active development; this page describes its designed capabilities.
